We’ve been extremely busy in the new year building rock entrances, storage and horse stalls and with the new building additions we have new members of The Farm family — baby chicks !!! These are not just any chicks they are Heritage poultry from The Sustainable Poultry Network. Our chicks are Barred Plymouth Rock chicks. Bard tells you the type of feathers – striped gray and white or brown and white, and Plymouth Rock tells you where the chickens originated, Plymouth Rock, Massachusetts.
